Hi, I’m Laura, and I’m a work-in-progress.
I’m a leadership coach, learning and development practitioner, and internal communications professional in the tech industry. I help mission-driven companies and individuals manage and harness change to maximize organizational growth and commit to a path of conscious leadership. My coaching, L&D, and communications work supports people at all levels and tenures who work within fast-growth organizations, helping them to scale strong, vibrant values- and mission-driven cultures. I am a coach-in-training at the Hudson Institute.
Outside of work, you can find me practicing mindfulness, playing outside—hiking, backpacking, climbing—and exploring new foods and places.
